Own the branch Sales support and effective coordination with the central team. To be responsible for all the branch activities
Through Understanding of the Products, Processes and Systems.

Ensure process changes are effectively shared and discussed with other stakeholders in the branch

Project and Initiatives:

Cross sell / Upsell - To take the initiative help to add the bottom line as well top line too through walk-in customer, known sources.
Renewal Management - Ensure the Ops code renewal retention
IMD / Sales team Training - Organize training on regular intervals for our process and system updates and UW guidelines
Initiatives closure - Need to identify the process / system improvement and deliver through the i Think platform till closure
Capacity Utilization - Effectively manage the ops resources and organize the load sharing management.
UAT Feedback - Timely deliver the UAT feedbacks.
