Key responsibilities:

A. Conduct High-Energy Fitness Sessions
1. Lead engaging Zumba, Aerobics, Yoga, or Fitness classes.
2. Ensure members enjoy every session while achieving fitness goals.
3. Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and participant engagement throughout the class.

B. Motivate & Retain Members

1. Inspire members to stay consistent with their fitness journey.
2. Build strong relationships and create a welcoming community atmosphere.
3. Encourage participation in studio activities, challenges, and special events.

C. Support Studio Growth

1. Participate in promotional activities, reels, workshops, and fitness events.
2. Assist in member onboarding and trial sessions.
3. Represent The Fitness Studioz professionally and contribute to building Bhopal's most loved fitness community.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,20,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
