Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage emails and day-to-day client communication
2. Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
3. Assist with invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups/calls
4. Communicate with US clients over calls and email
5. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
6. Conduct online research and data gathering
7. Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets
8. Handle documentation and other administrative tasks
9. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met
10. Provide general virtual/administrative assistance to US-based clients

1. 1-3 years of experience in administration, virtual assistance, operations, customer support, or a similar role

2. Excellent spoken and written English communication

3. Comfortable communicating with US-based clients

4. Comfortable working in a US/night shift on-site

5. Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace

6. Strong organizational and time-management skills

7. Good attention to detail

8. Ability to multitask and manage priorities

9. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data and online research
