Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Developer with 2 to 8 years of experience in designing modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Figma , Wireframing , and prototyping tools , with a strong sense of design aesthetics and usability principles. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement UI/UX design strategy.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes , and user journey flows using tools like Figma .
Translate business requirements and user needs into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Ensure consistency across designs and maintain design systems, styles, and branding guidelines.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve UI/UX.
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve user experience.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
Solid understanding of UX design principles , user research, and accessibility standards.
Experience with tools like Adobe XD , Sketch , or InVision (in addition to Figma).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to create responsive designs adaptable to various screen sizes.
Good communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.

Good to Have:

Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
Knowledge of Design Systems and Component-based design .
Previous experience working on mobile-first or enterprise-grade web applications.
Understanding of interaction design, motion design, and animation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development.
Strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
