Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards. Construction Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop construction plans, schedules, and methodologies that optimize resource utilization and minimize construction risks. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures to ensure that construction activities meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Construction Oversight: Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address any challenges that may arise during the construction phase. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Promote and enforce HSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for construction personnel and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices. Cost Management: Work closely with project controls and cost management teams to monitor construction costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate cost overruns. Technical Documentation: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and as-built records. Client Interface: Serve as the primary technical interface with the client, providing regular updates on construction progress, addressing technical queries, and facilitating client inspections and audits. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience:-

Extensive experience in technical roles within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale industrial projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing technical aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Familiarity with relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Experience with construction management software and tools.
Certification in relevant areas (e.g., PMP, LEED, PE) is a plus.
