Prerana SDM IMD Alumni Association has a glorious history of 29 years and over 3000 Alumni members. Prerana is a registered society and is head quartered at SDM Institute for Management Development Mysore.

Job Description

An experienced selfdriven and passionate Executive Secretary who shall handle administrative and developmental works of the association. The responsibilities involve in driving programmes / initiatives / events that Alumni Association may hold on time to time. The person holding this post will foster a positive inspiring and collaborative work environment and shall lead by an example. The Executive Secretary will report to the President of Prerana.

Duties & Responsibilities

Full time employee of Prerana and shall work from the premises of SDM IMD Mysore.

Reaching out to Alumni members via phone call Whatsapp Email postal mail.

Ensuring Alumni contact information being uptodate.

Planning and Executing Programmes / Initiatives / Event and coordinating with all stakeholders

Managing Accounts Statutory Compliances and keeping Minutes of the Meeting

Interact with Accountant / Auditor / any other entities over email / phone / post or in person under the direction of the EC.

Need to travel based on the activities of the Association and EC Meetings

Reaching out to Industry connect for sponsorships sending out invitations following up.

Supporting executive committee members chapter heads and various committee heads and institute officials

Act as a single point contact for all alumni members institute students and associate entities.

Eligibility

Bachelor s Degree

5 years experience. Prior experience in Alumni activities is added advantage.

Experience is conducting events coordinating members is a plus.

Good in communication and tech savvy.

Remuneration

Annual CTC of Rs. 4.25 Lakhs plus 25% variable allowances on achieving the KRAs.
