Key responsibilities:

1. Promote insurance products through assigned bank branches
2. Understand customer needs to suggest appropriate insurance solutions
3. Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads
4. Educate customers on policy features, benefits, and terms
5. Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance processes
6. Meet sales targets set by the insurance company
7. Maintain records of leads, interactions, and closures
8. Provide post-sales support and address customer queries
9. Participate in training sessions and product updates
10. Coordinate between the bank and the insurance company for seamless operations
