Vedanta is a $30bn revenue and $10bn in profit organization and further plans to invest $20bn in 4-5 yearsâ time in the expansion of their brown field and some green field capacity of Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, display glass, semiconductor, mining, and smelting.

An Exciting Opportunity for a Leader who has the ability to drive growth for the company. As Head IR & HRBP the role involves manpower planning and budgeting of contractual Manpower, ensuring right MIP in place for all Business Partners. This role involves Enhancement of Workforce Productivity through various interventions like competency mapping, skill gap analysis, multiskilling and performance assessment of workforce. The Head IR &HRBP plays a pivotal role in handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders. Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Role reports to CHRO- FACOR and will be a key position in the MIP of HR of FACOR

The Successful Candidate:

Ensures continuous management and maintenance of positive employee relations with the organization.
Plays crucial role in promoting a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns, handling labor disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor law and regulations.
Works closely with the HR Team and senior management to develop effective strategies and foster a productive and motivated workforce.
Expertise in labor relations and conflict resolution contributes to a cohesive and well-functioning organization.
