As an Academic Counsellor at ICE TECHNOLOGY LAB, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to students pursuing various academic programs. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Academic Counsellor who possesses strong communication skills and proficiency in MS-Office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
2. Follow up with assigned leads through calls and WhatsApp.
3. Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
4. Make outbound calls from the provided database when fresh leads are unavailable.
5. Maintain lead records and update the CRM/Excel sheets.
6. Coordinate with the admissions and operations team.
7. Complete daily call and follow-up leads.
8. Handle day-to-day office responsibilities related to admissions.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

1 year of experience in counselling, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with students.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
