Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused, and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and actively acquiring new clients to expand our market presence. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strategic approach to client management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and goals.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (e.g., project management, technical, creative) to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
Business Growth & Sales: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts by thoroughly understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our additional products/services can add value.
Actively prospect and acquire new clients, leveraging networking, referrals, and strategic outreach to expand the company's client base in Pimpri-Chinchwad and beyond.
Develop and present tailored proposals, solutions, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Strategic Planning & Consultation: Understand the client's industry, market position, and business objectives to provide strategic consultation and recommend effective solutions.
Develop account plans for key clients, outlining strategies for growth and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet specific client requirements.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and client feedback to management.
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Market & Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, competitive advantages, and industry applications.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the client's industry.
