We are hiring Campus Captains and Sales/Finance/Operations Interns at GrayQuest, India's leading education financing platform. We help families access flexible payment plans for their ward's education fees at school, college or coaching. As we expand our on-ground presence, we are looking for passionate individuals to join us across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha.

Role Location: Based at GrayQuest partner institutes (schools, colleges, coaching centres) across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha.

Who can apply: Students or fresh graduates seeking experience in sales, finance, and operations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Represent GrayQuest at partner institute campuses/centres.
2. Process finance cases and onboard parents/students onto our platform.
3. Drive revenue through maximizing payment plan adoption by new or existing admissions.
4. Assist in managing and capturing collections and resolving queries/ escalations.
5. Collaborate with institute staff and the GrayQuest team to ensure smooth operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales, finance, or operations.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the core team.
Energetic, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
