We are seeking a Junior IELTS Faculty to join our team in Anand. This is a full-time opportunity for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role is focused on delivering exceptional IELTS training and supporting students in achieving their desired scores.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience in conducting IELTS training sessions, ensuring students gain necessary skills and confidence to excel.
Proficiency in English language with excellent reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities (Mandatory skill).
Understanding of study abroad programs and their requirements to guide students effectively.
Ability to assess language proficiency accurately and provide constructive feedback (Mandatory skill).
Skilled in creating a positive and encouraging learning environment for diverse student groups.
Competency in designing and implementing student assessment processes that track progress efficiently.
Extensive knowledge of test strategies that enhance students' performance and maximize their scores.
Strong organizational skills to manage class schedules and student records with precision.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct teaching sessions and ensure that all educational materials are conducive to effective learning.
Evaluate students' language proficiency and tailor training strategies to meet individual needs.
Provide detailed feedback and guidance to help students understand their areas for improvement.
