Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations including product sourcing, vendor negotiations, and timely follow-ups to ensure smooth supply and inventory (guidance will be provided whenever needed).
2. Handle brand social media plan content, post regularly, run Facebook/Instagram ads, and track engagement metrics (training/support offered if you face challenges).
3. Work independently to execute projects end-to-end, coordinate with suppliers and team members, and maintain accurate reports (we'll guide you whenever required).

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,20,000 /year
