Product Promotion & Sales
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product sales.
Territory Management
- Cover a specific geographic area assigned by the company.
- Plan and manage visits efficiently to maximize coverage.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Provide timely support, samples, and updates.
Market Intelligence
- Collect feedback on products and competitors.
- Report on market trends and customer needs.
Target Achievement
- Achieve or exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Ensure consistent performance and product penetration.

Visit Doctors & Healthcare Providers
- Meet general practitioners, specialists, surgeons, etc.
- Explain the scientific benefits and dosage of products.
Product Training & Knowledge
- Stay updated on product features, research, and competitor drugs.
- Attend regular training and medical workshops.
Product Sampling
- Distribute product samples to doctors and chemists.
- Monitor their response and gather feedback.
Organize CMEs and Doctor Meetings
- Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
- Facilitate product presentations and awareness events.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily call reports (DCR), sales reports, and visit summaries.
- Update CRM tools and internal databases regularly.
Stock & Availability Checks
- Monitor availability of products at retail and wholesale points.
- Ensure distributors and chemists are stocked adequately.
