About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Internet Research Strong ability to find company & contact details using Google, LinkedIn, directories.
2. Data Collection & Mining Skilled at gathering prospect information (name, email, phone, LinkedIn, company).
3. Data Cleaning & Validation Ensuring accuracy (no duplicates, correct emails, valid domains).
4. Excel / Google Sheets Comfortable with formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
5. CRM Basics (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) For entering and tracking leads (nice to have).

Technical tools (optional but good to have):

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Skrapp
Email verification tools

Soft skills:

Attention to detail (typo-free, clean data)
Analytical thinking (which leads are relevant, which are junk)
Time management (able to deliver X leads daily/weekly)
Communication (basic reporting to sales team)
Self-motivation & curiosity to find better sources

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
