We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Telecaller to join our team at Nexotech Solutions! If you have a passion for effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS-Excel, and fluency in both spoken Malayalam and written English, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
2. Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Maintaining accurate records of all communications and interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up with leads and prospects.
5. Conducting surveys and gathering feedback from customers to improve our services.
6. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
7. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
