Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven ERP & Master Data Executive (BOM Controller) to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data within the ERP system, with a strong focus on Bills of Materials (BOMs), article masters, and process controls . The candidate will work closely with Product Development, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and reliable data flow across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management
Create, update, and maintain item masters, article codes, material masters, and vendor/customer records in ERP.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and governance across modules.
Bill of Materials (BOM) Management
Prepare, enter, and control BOMs for all articles including raw materials, processes, and wastage factors.
Regularly review and update BOMs as per design, production, or process changes.
Monitor version control and ensure all updates are documented and approved.
ERP Operations & Support
Manage day-to-day ERP activities related to production, costing, and inventory modules.
Support generation of cost sheets, consumption reports, and variance analysis.
Conduct regular audits to identify errors or gaps in ERP data.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Product Development to capture accurate specs (yarn, size, color, processes).
Work with Procurement to align material codes with suppliers.
Liaise with Production & Planning for consumption accuracy and shopfloor feedback.
Support Finance for accurate costing and reporting.
Process Compliance & Improvement
Establish and follow SOPs for master data entry and BOM control.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements in ERP utilization.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education : Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferably Industrial/Production).
Experience : 2–5 years in ERP data management, master data, or production planning (manufacturing industry preferred).
Technical Skills :
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or equivalent).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data validation and reporting.
Soft Skills :
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong process discipline and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
