Vision and Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for business applications, aligning with the group's overarching goals.
Transition legacy systems smoothly while optimizing value during implementation

of new solutions.

Drive digital transformation initiatives across the group by implementing modern

business applications.

Project Implementation and Support

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems (e.g.,

Dynamics 365 FO, CRM, SAP) for group companies.

Ensure legacy ERP systems (Sage, JD Edwards, SAP) are maintained effectively

while transitioning to new systems.

Develop service level agreements (SLAs) with group companies to manage expectations and deliver high-quality support services to group companies at L1 and L2 level.
Introduce and operationalize Microsoft DevOps methodologies to streamline

change management, support processes, and implementation methodologies.

Team Development and Centre of Excellence (CoE)

Build and lead a high-performing team for application development, support, and implementation on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Establish and build Centre of Excellence (CoE) with highly skilled consultants for business applications to standardize best practices across the group and recommend intercompany business practices within the group company.
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and upskilling programs to ensure a skilled

workforce.

Promote continuous learning to ensure the team stays ahead of technological

trends on Microsoft Platform.

P&L Management

Own and manage the P&L of the business applications division.
Drive revenue generation by offering competitive services to group companies.
Monitor costs and ensure profitability while delivering high-quality solutions and support.
Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the Board and

GCIO.

Vendor and Partner Management

Manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Reporting and Governance

Report regularly to the GCIO and the Board on the progress of ongoing projects,

P&L performance, and strategic initiatives.

Establish governance frameworks for application deployment, upgrades, and

system changes.

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations across all supported

countries.

Stakeholder and Change Management

Collaborate with business leaders in group companies to understand their needs

and align application services accordingly.

Lead change management initiatives with Centre of Excellence (CoE) team through STP (Standardized Template Process) to ensure smooth adoption of new applications.
Act as a trusted advisor to group companies for leveraging technology to achieve

business goals.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement new technologies to enhance application performance and

user experience.

Promote the adoption of AI, automation, and data analytics tools within the ERP application ecosystem and generate additional business for other divisions within SGTI.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency and

effectiveness.

Performance Metrics

Qualifications and Skills Education :

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's degree / MBA or equivalent is preferred.
A background in finance or financial education is an added advantage.

Experience:

15+ years of experience in ERP and business applications management.
Proven track record in managing P&L and delivering profitable operations.
Extensive experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, SAP, Sage, or JD Edwards.
Strong leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
Expertise in Integration tools
Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and optimizations tailored to FMCG requirements.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are advantageous.
Ability to adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the FMCG industry.
