Key responsibilities:

1. Ability to pickup all the calls and courage to answer all calls
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
4. Conduct sales presentations
5. Negotiate and close deals
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' products

Ready to travel

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

Strong time management and organizational skills

Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
