About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Program Facilitation
1. Host and moderate live boot camp sessions (online) to ensure smooth flow.
2. Coordinate with subject-matter trainers for scheduling, materials, and technical setup.
3. Engage participants during sessions and encourage interactive learning.
4. Track attendance, participation, and project progress through our internal portal.

B. Operations & Administration
1. Manage training calendars, session links, reminders, and recordings.
2. Support students with queries related to schedules, projects, and assessments.
3. Prepare weekly reports and share updates with management and trainers.
4. Ensure timely communication between trainers, students, and company leadership.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues during sessions (Zoom/Teams, LMS, etc.).

C. Quality & Engagement
1. Monitor learner feedback and escalate concerns when needed.
2. Work closely with the program team to improve the learner experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, IT, or a related field.

2. 1+ years of experience in training coordination, EdTech operations, or HR/learning & development.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom/Teams, Google Workspace, LMS).

6. Ability to host live sessions confidently with a professional yet friendly tone.

7. Familiarity with tech training programs (Cybersecurity / Full Stack / Data Analysis) is desirable but not mandatory.

8. Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
