**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during designated shifts.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure optimal performance.

2. **Customer Service:**
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly and courteously.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and lead by example in delivering exceptional service standards.

3. **Operations Management:**
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to uphold the restaurant's standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.

4. **Shift Coordination:**
- Schedule and allocate tasks to staff members according to business needs and staffing levels.

- Must have GCC experience.
