Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Sales Executive to join our team at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. in the Full-Time capacity. The successful candidate will work from locations including Chennai, Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Sonipat, Panipat, Kurukshetra, and Kaithal.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in primary sales processes and achievement of sales targets.
Demonstrated expertise in LED product sales and associated industry knowledge.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
Exceptional skills in dealer appointment (Mandatory skill) to expand the supplier network.
Proficiency in distributor appointment (Mandatory skill) to ensure product availability and distribution.
Good understanding of market trends and ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships to expand market reach.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
Continuously monitor and report on competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare monthly sales forecasts.
