Responsibilities:

Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, and Mammography.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of imaging results with clear, concise, and clinically relevant findings.
Collaborate with referring physicians to determine optimal imaging protocols based on patient conditions.
Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance (including AEC, ALARA principles).
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to treatment planning based on imaging data.
Maintain comprehensive and secure electronic medical records (EMR) with accurate documentation of findings and recommendations.
Stay updated with advancements in radiological techniques, protocols, and emerging technologies through continuous professional development.

Requirements:

MBBS or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiology (D.M. or DNB in Radiology).
Proficiency in interpreting X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, and Mammography imaging studies.
Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and RIS (Radiology Information Systems).
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, referring clinicians, and healthcare teams.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and compliance with local medical licensing requirements.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
