We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the management and capturing demand for our Salesforce platform on a global scale. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, business processes, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Allianz companies to ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions, aligned with our business objectives.

You will

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the organization's business and goals, taking into account business processes, data integrity, and user experience.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document functional requirements, ensuring that the solutions meet their needs.
Lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce projects globally, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, leveraging best practices and platform capabilities.
Consult Allianz entities on data migration and cleansing efforts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with various teams, within Allianz Technology, Allianz Group and Allianz Operating Entities, to ensure a seamless flow of information and strategy definition.
Develop and deliver training programs for Salesforce users globally, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure efficient platform adoption.
Monitor the performance of the Salesforce platform, proactively identifying and addressing issues, as well as continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive information within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Engage in and foster the Allianz wide Salesforce community with the goal to identify and share best practices.

Your skills

At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on global implementation and management.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, or Salesforce Developer, are highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and integrations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
Familiarity with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to Salesforce.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
