Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

SHE: to comply with DSM SHE requirements and Indian legislations; show SHE leadership, responsible for SHE performance in the field; coach qualified employees for excellent SHE performance;
Ensuring the compliance of Team member on DSM SHE Requirements
Responsible for executing and monitoring the Production process based on approved production process work orders & plan.
Accountable for the full implementation of procedures and processes, Accountable for the shop floor housekeeping as per Continuous Improvement standard.
Responsible for the emergency response and immediate report;
Responsible for production quality and production efficiency;
Responsible for Material input and Output
Accountable for timely communication of complete and accurate production report and daily work report in daily meeting.
Responsible for management of shift operators in terms of supervision, communication, coaching, training, and development
Responsible for making changeover plan & communicate issues.
Root cause & communication of a Customer complaint.
Communicate, follow & monitor actions decided in a project
Responsible for timely and complete financial registration of consumed raw materials, intermediates, consumables and machine/man hours.
Inventory Management at Production (27PR)

Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for updating SOP and safety procedures as per guidelines.
Responsible for timely and complete registration of consumed raw materials, finished goods & scrap receipt & machine utilization hours in SAP system.
Responsible for timely communication of maintenance notifications to Maintenance Engineer.
Responsible for availability of daily consumables.
Responsible for complying to new projects or changes.
Team member of MSA
Responsible for compliance to decided actions w.r.t DICI activities.

b) Authorities

Approval of work permit required to routine job activities in shopfloor;
Approval of LOTOTO for the required permits
Raw material issue from R.M. warehouse as per requirement of process
Delivery of finished goods & scrap to F.G. warehouse
Job arrangement for the shift operators.
