Other requirements

1. BTech/BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering; candidates from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches are eligible.

2. Preference will be given to B.E., B.Tech., and Diploma candidates in Civil Engineering; candidates from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, and other engineering disciplines can also apply.

3. Freshers who have not worked anywhere are eligible.

4. Basic knowledge of structural engineering principles.

5. Interest in steel structural design.

6. Willingness to learn and grow.

7. Strong interpersonal skills.
