Albedo founders are IIT graduates with more than 15 years of combined team experience. Founded in 2015, Albedo aims to provide quality, result-oriented education to students across India.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Physics and Chemistry Faculty members for JEE & NEET coaching who can deliver concept-based teaching through both offline and digital modes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach Physics/Chemistry for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET aspirants
2. Deliver interactive classroom lectures as well as online sessions
3. Prepare notes, assignments, tests, and digital study materials
4. Record video lectures and conduct live online classes
5. Guide students in problem-solving techniques and exam strategies
6. Track student progress and provide regular academic feedback
7. Participate in academic planning and curriculum development initiatives

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent qualification in the relevant field (IIT background preferred)

2. Prior experience teaching JEE/NEET students is preferred

3. Strong subject expertise in Physics and Chemistry for competitive examinations

4. Excellent teaching and communication skills

5. Proficiency in digital lecture delivery and online teaching tools

6. Ability to create visually engaging educational content

7. Familiarity with smart boards, pen tablets, presentation software, and basic video recording/editing tools

8. Strong mentoring and student interaction skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 45,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,50,000 - 19,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 5,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,50,000 /year
