Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Planning & Coordination - Manage production schedules, align with departments (cutting, stitching, packing) to ensure on-time execution.
2. Material & BOM Management - Track fabric, trims, and accessories to ensure timely availability as per order requirements.
3. Quality & Process Monitoring - Follow up on inline, midline, and final quality checks to ensure buyer standards are met.
4. TNA & Communication - Maintain T&A, update buyers on progress, highlight risks early, and ensure smooth workflow from order to shipment.

What we are today: We have 3 complete manufacturing units, an authorized vendor of target USA. We follow strict QC policies at every step of manufacturing. A truly international design department with a designer and technical compliance unit as per target norms. We lead an export manufacturer association with 2000 small & medium manufacturers of home textiles. We are progressing towards a complete international approach to manufacturing and quality control.
