Key Responsibilities CASA Acquisition & Growth

Acquire new CASA customers (Current Account & Savings Account)
Increase branch CASA book through customer sourcing and referrals
Deepen relationships with existing customers to improve balances
Drive activation and retention of accounts

Customer Relationship Management

Manage portfolio of Royal/Preferred customers
Provide personalized banking solutions and priority servicing
Maintain long-term customer relationships for higher wallet share
Act as a single point of contact for premium customers

Sales & Cross-Selling

Cross-sell banking products:
- Insurance
- Mutual funds
- Fixed deposits
- Credit cards
- Personal/Home/Business loans
- Forex and wealth products
Generate revenue through product penetration

Business Development

Source customers through:
- Branch walk-ins
