Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying and connecting with potential students/customers through calls and messages.
2. Explaining courses, training programs, and their benefits.
3. Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable courses.
4. Following up with interested leads and converting them into enrollments.
5. Building and maintaining good relationships with students and parents.
6. Coordinating with internal teams for admissions and onboarding.
7. Handling customer queries and providing timely support.
