Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architect Draftsman who has strong command over detailed drawings and coordination for auditorium, institutional, or commercial projects. The candidate must be capable of preparing accurate architectural and technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring drawings are aligned with site execution requirements.
This role requires precision, technical understanding, and the ability to interpret design concepts into execution-ready drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of detailed architectural drawings (Plans, Sections, Elevations)
Auditorium seating layout planning and sightline coordination
Preparation of stage layouts, sectional details, and BOQ support drawings
Coordination drawings for acoustic paneling, wall treatment, false ceiling, and technical services
Preparation of working drawings for civil, interior, and finishing works
Coordination with MEP consultants for clash-free drawings
Site measurement verification and as-built drawings
Revision and updating of drawings as per site conditions
Supporting project team during execution with technical clarifications
Required Skills
Strong command over AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory)
Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings
Understanding of interior finishing and material specifications
Basic knowledge of acoustic treatment and auditorium layouts (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret consultant drawings
Good knowledge of working drawings and execution detailing
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
3–8 years of drafting experience (experience in auditorium or institutional projects preferred)
Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit will be an added advantage
Experience in handling government or institutional projects is beneficial
