Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
2. Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
3. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
4. Present TriSpark Innovate's services and prepare customized proposals.
5. Follow up with leads and convert them into paying clients.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
10. Explore new business opportunities and market segments.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
