IntellChromatics Inc. a leading provider of custom software IT solutions and cybersecurity services is seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Marketing/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment and are driven by success.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets with a focus on the US and Europe.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote IntellChromatics services.
Present and pitch IntellChromatics solutions to prospective clients through various channels including social media cold calling email outreach and networking.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities pipeline and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales or marketing preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience of successful track record in sales or marketing (required) OR
Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field and 4 years of experience of successful track record in sales or marketing. (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.
Ability to work independently and remotely while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Compensation:

This position offers a commissiononly structure where compensation is tied directly to the orders and contracts brought to the company. Note that commission rates range from 47%.

Performance Bonus:

You also have opportunities for performance bonus where Performance bonuses will be awarded based on exceeding sales targets securing highvalue contracts or other performance metrics determined by the company.
