Key Responsibilities:

Performing surgical procedures on patients including preoperative diagnosis and postoperative care
Evaluating patients medical histories and determining the most suitable surgical technique

Utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Offering consultations to patients and their families regarding surgical options risks and postsurgery recovery
Participating in research and staying updated with advances in surgical practices and technologies
Managing and documenting patient treatment plans and progress accurately and comprehensively
Adhering to all medical and ethical standards while delivering patient care

Required Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited institution
Completion of a surgical residency program
Board certification in general surgery
Licensure to practice as a surgeon in the state
