Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Inside Sales Manager who will be based in Bengaluru. We are seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our dynamic inside sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by coaching and motivating your team to achieve their sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Have a strong eye for research and the ability to scout for new prospects, generate interest to stimulate opportunity
Doing secondary research on various companies using search engines (Google, CrunchBase, Bloomberg, zoom info, etc.) and collecting all the information
Log Lead generation/management activity and contacts in the sales system or CRM
Initiate contact with decision-makers and influencers within organizations to build relationships & identify new opportunities
Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets
Leads qualification and strategic segmentation of the leads with respect to the industry sector, domains, and business units targeted
Manage the entire (Top of Funnel) sales pipeline to enhance conversions, positive follow-ups, and better prospecting
Identify opportunities by speaking to customers, understanding their requirements, educating them on our offerings, and narrowing down possible opportunities for partnering

Qualifications

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a B2B inside sales management role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Time management skills and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with others.
