Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Computer Operator, ideally with 4 to 6 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Experience in railway projects and database maintenance is highly desirable.
Proficient in project documentation and data integration.
Familiarity with audits and electronic documentation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Knowledge of version control and data backups.
Roles And Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day computer operations tasks, including system backup, printing, and file maintenance.
Monitor and maintain the computer systems and network.
Ensure the smooth operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide technical support.
Maintain accurate records of computer operations and system performance.
Assist in the maintenance and updating of databases.
Collaborate with team members to optimize computer systems and improve efficiency.
Participate in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
Follow security protocols and ensure data protection.
Prepare reports and documentation related to computer operations.
Conduct periodic audits and checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in computer operations.
Provide training and support to end-users.
