GoldenSource is looking to augment its Professional Services team with
someone having specific industry experience within the IT arena having
previously worked with on projects inData management space for asset types like

Equities, Bonds, FX, Futures, Forwards, Options, Swaps, Volatilities, Credit
Curves, and Commodities with client facing exposure.

Domain experience in Asset management, Custody, Hedge fund, Pension Fund, Risk
would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Defining and Analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource
planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, risk analysis

2. Understand business issues and to clearly explain technical
alternatives to senior business

decision makers

3. Provide technical guidance & leadership to the team of implementation
consultants

4. Track and review progress of overall project and its modules

5. Interface with clients to communicate progress and ensure projects
stay on track.

6. Tracking and reviewing team s performance by conducting periodic
review for all the areas and ensure they adhere to the delivery schedule and
other objectives.

Required Skill sets

1. Extensive project and program management experience in a fast-paced,
multi-project environment, with responsibility for resource management, Risk
Management and client engagement

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and
non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive,
management, individual contributors.

3. Proficiency in client communication and escalation management
Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple
deadlines for self and others

4. Proficiency in evaluating the performance capabilities of
subordinates as well as counsel subordinates in development and/or corrective
discipline

5. Proficiency in making projections of future expenses based on
analysis of cost effectiveness of past expenditures

6. Experience managing multiple clients and a global client base with
strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes. Experience in leading teams located
in multiple regions would be an added advantage.

7. Proficiency to operate independently

8. Knowledge of Market data (Securities reference data, prices and data
Vendors)

9. Experience/knowledge of ORACLE or similar RDBMS data management
systems, workflow tools, JAVA and application server technologies
