Role Overview: The Administrative Assistant at our Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Mathura will oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement guidelines.
Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and procurement records.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies in orders or invoices.
Track and monitor inventory levels; alert the team for replenishment as required.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and preparing procurement reports.
Liaise with internal teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Assist in budget tracking and expense documentation related to procurement.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory compliance.

Inventory Oversight:

Maintain records of stock and inventory at the MRF facility.

Safety and Compliance:

Document and report any workplace accidents or safety incidents.
Ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits.

Collaboration:

Work with HR and admin teams to streamline workforce management.
Organize regular training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).
Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration, HR, or related field).

Experience: 1-2 years in administrative role.

Experience in worker management or facility operations is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
