Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead end-to-end Skill Operations, ensure effective use and compliance of the Skill India Portal, and support our skill development initiatives in line with government guidelines and operational targets.
Designation/Profile:
Skill Coordinator/ Operation Coordinator

Skill Set Required:
Skill Operations Management:Ensure timely achievement of targets allocated under skill development programs.Identify process improvement areas and support the implementation of best practices in operational efficiency.
Skill India Portal Proficiency:Manage all portal-related activities including candidate registration, batch creation, attendance, assessments, and certifications.Ensure regular updates, data accuracy, and compliance with applicable government schemes and guidelines.
Cash Flow Management:Candidates should be capable of monitoring and achieving cash flow targets as set by management.
Government Liaising and Business Development:Proficiency in liaising with government officials is essential.Candidates should have a proven track record in lead conversions and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
