Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage workshop and community operations
2. Verify leads, onboarding data, and intern reports
3. Schedule meetings and manage founder calendar
4. Track payments, records, and business documentation
5. Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors
6. Support recruitment and team operations
7. Ensure smooth day-to-day execution across the business

Other requirements

1. MBA is mandatory

2. Prior experience in operations, administration, customer support, coordination, HR, or project management is a plus

3. Strong organisational and follow-up skills

4. Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously

5. Good communication skills in Hindi and English

6. Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace

7. Detail-oriented and process-driven

8. Ability to work directly with the Founder and handle confidential information

9. Comfortable coordinating with clients, partners, vendors, and team members

10. Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-focused

11. Must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate to Lucknow

12. Willingness to travel within Lucknow and occasionally outside Lucknow for client meetings, workshops, business events, partner meetings, and operational requirements is mandatory
