Primary Skills :

Lead UX Design:

Take ownership of the UX design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring the highest standards of design quality.

User Research:

Conduct and analyse user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Visual Design: Work closely with UI designers to ensure the final product aligns with the overall visual design strategy and brand guidelines.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design choices and iteratively improve the user experience.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a unified design approach.

Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.

Stakeholder Communication: Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders based on solid user-cantered design principles and data-driven insights.

Secondary Skills :

Experience :

5+ years in UX Design

At least 2 years in the healthcare or insurance domain (Preferred)

Tools Proficiency :

Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite

Optional: familiarity with prototyping and testing tools

Knowledge :

Accessibility standards (WCAG, HIPAA compliance)

Agile methodology exposure
