Position - Jr. Executive / Executive - Operations

Department - Distribution Center

Job Location - VAPI Zaroli

Qualification - Any Graduate or Business administration

Experience - 2Yr 3Yrs / 4Yrs 6Yrs of core experience in Retail Distribution Centre/Retail Industry respectively

Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:

Coordination in warehouse operations on day-to-day basis
Inward and Outward operations
Responsible for operations and documentation.
Knowledge of WMS
KPI Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis
Team handling and stakeholder management.
Co-ordinate with the team members & Drivers.
TAT maintaining (Turn Around Time)
FIFO (First In First Out)
Physically stock checking day to day & Inventory.
Documents and Reports (Daily report Weekly report Monthly report)

Organization Exposure:

Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Self-motivator/starter
Demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates strong listening written and oral communication skills.
Should have ability or aptitude to learn technical applications.
Participate in meetings with knowledge of prepared materials.
