As a fleet performance manager, you will get exposed to a variety of tasks, such as:

Utilize auto-logging systems for data analysis and Performance feedback to vessels to optimise the installed ESDs along with overall vessel improvement.
Collaborate with our partners and the engineering team to streamline performance product development.
Employ Power BI for sophisticated data visualization and analysis, ensuring performance improvements.
Work alongside various teams to address complex issues and foster innovative solutions to monitor Energy-saving retrofits.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

As our new Fleet Performance Manager, we do, however, expect that you can contribute with the following:

Ideally you have a bachelor's degree in marine engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience, including roles up to the 2nd engineer and proven expertise in the vessel performance domain.

You are a person who -

Is proficient in data analysis, handling, and auto-logging analytical tools.
Possess good skills in Power BI.
Demonstrates ability in product development, showcasing innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Possesses a solid collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within diverse teams.
Has good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Can work individually as well as part of a team.
Has good analytical and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Python, APIs, and cloud infrastructure is beneficial.
