Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities at our Erode Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for employee records, attendance, leave, recruitment coordination, documentation, employee support, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities – HR

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities .
Maintain and update employee personal and employment records .
Manage attendance, leave, late-coming, and absence records .
Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll inputs .
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate communication.
Prepare and maintain appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents .
Maintain proper employee files and HR documentation.
Support employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and company procedures.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed.
Prepare regular HR reports and MIS as required by management.
Coordinate with project/site HR teams for employee-related requirements when required.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities – Administration

Manage day-to-day office administration activities .
Coordinate office facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and general requirements.
Maintain office records, registers, and administrative documents.
Coordinate procurement of office stationery and other administrative requirements.
Handle vendor coordination and administrative service providers.
Monitor office assets, equipment, and basic facility requirements.
Support travel, accommodation, transportation, and other arrangements for employees when required.
Coordinate internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of general office operations.
Handle other administrative responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Administration .
Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and HR processes .
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office .
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR and administrative activities independently.
Experience with HRMS/ERP software will be an advantage.
Prior experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Engineering is preferred.
