We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate for the role of System Operator, ERP Support & School Coordination Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing data systems, providing ERP support, and coordinating effectively with schools, parents, and the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Verification:
Collect, update, and verify student and school data accurately in systems/ERP.
2. ERP Support:
Handle day-to-day ERP operations, data entry, report generation, and basic troubleshooting support.
3. Single Point of Contact:
Act as the main communication link between the school and the head office.
4. Coordination with Parents:
Communicate updates and address queries from parents.
5. Monitoring & Follow-ups:
Track progress and ensure timely follow-ups with schools and internal teams.
6. Issue Resolution Support:
Assist in resolving operational, system, or coordination-related issues.

1. Basic Canva designing skills, including flyers, posts, and simple creatives.

2. Experience with digital work such as data handling, emails, and online tools.

6. Ability to work effectively with school management, parents, and administrative staff.
