Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update student admission and enquiry records accurately
2. Handle daily data entry and backend operations efficiently
3. Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets
4. Maintain student attendance, fee records, and batch details
5. Handle WhatsApp enquiries and follow-up coordination professionally
6. Process online registrations and update database records regularly
7. Organize and maintain documents, certificates, and student files
8. Provide daily status reports to the management team
9. Identify and correct data errors promptly
10. Coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth workflow
11. Maintain confidentiality of all student and office records
12. Manage event, workshop, and annual function-related data
13. Follow office discipline, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities strictly
14. Provide basic administrative and office coordination support
15. Update job postings and maintain candidate database records regularly

We are looking for disciplined, sincere, and growth-oriented candidates who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,12,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 12,000 /year

Performances- In order to give stage exposure to our students, we conduct live music performance-jamming sessions every saturday. There are jamming sessions on all festivals & days of national importance. We also conduct an annual day every year. For now, all these are being done virtually to ensure safety during the pandemic.
