Job Summary :

1. Business Development & Sales

Promote diagnostic services to doctors, hospitals, corporate clients and community organizations.
Develop and manage relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving referrals from healthcare consultants and institutions.

2. Consultant & Client Engagement

Regularly meet consultants, physicians, and other healthcare providers to encourage support for diagnostic services.
Build and maintain a network of key opinion leaders and core doctors to strengthen referral business.
Ensure a high standard of client service by promptly addressing any issues or inquiries to maintain long-term partnerships.

3. Market Expansion

Identify and assess new business opportunities, including potential sites for new labs, collection centers, and hospital lab management partnerships.
Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings and tailor approaches to meet the specific needs of the Thalassery market.

4. Community & Corporate Outreach

Promote services to community organizations, corporate houses, and government hospitals to increase brand awareness and strengthen the referral network.
Collaborate on health campaigns, screenings, and programs to enhance Poly Labs' presence in the community.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client visits, revenue generation, and market feedback.
Provide insights and recommendations based on consultant feedback, referral trends, and market developments.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a Degree/Diploma in Laboratory Technology.
Prior experience in diagnostic services, healthcare sales, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare providers.
Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in the field.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Nilambur.
