Key Responsibilities
Design Stack for On-prem Software Product: Architect and develop the stack for our on-prem software products to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Productionise MVP Code for Alpha Release: Transition MVP code to production-ready status for alpha release, focusing on robustness, security, and scalability.
Implement Load Balancing on REST APIs: Enhance system reliability and performance by implementing effective load-balancing strategies for exposed REST APIs.
Write Drivers and Integration: Develop custom drivers and integrate them with key technologies such as Snowflake and DataBricks to enhance our software ecosystem.
Build Virtualization Workflows: Utilize Docker, Azure DevOps, and AMI to create efficient virtualization workflows for software development and deployment.
CI/CD and DevOps for Github Builds: Lead continuous integration and deployment processes, ensuring seamless and automated build and release cycles
This Role Requires:
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience as a Backend & Middleware Design and Development: Proven expertise in creating robust and scalable backend systems.
Proficiency in Python: Demonstrable experience with Python for backend development, including knowledge of best practices and coding standards.
Multi-Threading & Parallelization: Ability to optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability through effective multi-threading and parallel processing techniques.
REST API Development: Experience with Flask, FASTAPI, Django for REST API development and integration.
Drivers & Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating diverse systems such as Confluence, Salesforce, Github, MS Office Suite, and Slack.
Machine Learning Frameworks: Solid understanding of Pytorch, HuggingFace, and Transformers for AI-driven projects.
Open Source Software Development: Strong foundation in open source software development fundamentals, including collaboration and contribution to the open source community.
Good to Have
Experience with full-stack development.
Knowledge of NLP, Vector Databases, Embedding Models, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Skills in technical documentation and demo content creation.
