Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 3,90,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 50,000 /year
