We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Trainer to support our training sessions and ensure a positive learning experience for children. The ideal candidate should be proactive, patient, and comfortable engaging with young learners during activities and group tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1: Assist the main trainer during sessions by managing tasks and supporting smooth session flow.
2: Facilitate small group activities and ensure active participation from all children.
3: Maintain discipline while creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment.
4: Assist in preparing training materials, assignments, and session resources.
5: Provide session-wise feedback to parents on the child's participation and progress.

Effective Communication Interpersonal skills MS-Office Problem Solving

Other requirements

1: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2: Ability to engage and manage children during learning activities.

3: Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

4: Prior experience in teaching or training (preferred but not mandatory).

5: Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.

6: Teaching-related degrees (B.Ed., M.Ed., Montessori, Early Childhood Education) or Arts-related degrees (B.A., M.A., Psychology, Sociology, English, etc.)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 13,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,02,000 - 2,65,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 42,000 /year
